what payments do you accept?

We currently accept payment through all major credit cards and Paypal accounts that have been verified.

how long will it take for my shipment to be sent?

  

All of our wysiwyg corals have been healed for 2+ weeks, and are ready to be shipped when they are posted for sale. This ensures that you will receive the healthiest, highest quality frags we can offer within a reasonable time frame. All of our CTO items require 1 to 3 weeks for processing and healing. This allows sufficient time for newly cut coral to heal properly before shipping. If for some reason the coral is not to our standards before shipping, we will contact you and give you the option for either a replacement, credit for another coral, or a refund.

can i cancel or modify an order?

 

Any orders which are cancelled must be done so within 24 hours and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items can be added 24 hours before shipping for an additional fee.

how long can i hold an order?

 

We require all shipments to be sent out within 2 weeks with holidays being an exception. Adding corals to an existing order does not extend the shipping date. If the shipment isn't scheduled within 2 weeks we will refund your order minus 15% as per our restocking fee.
